Auto Tray Filling Machine is highly recommended for biscuit and bakery industries to fill the tray as per the number of biscuits in pile format. This solution is best suitable for round or square biscuits with proper shapes. The machine is specially designed for filling of trays up to 2 to 4 cavities by hopper and auto selection system, to reduce the manpower. Servo system with PLC & HMI makes it user friendly with easy operations. The speed can be varied up to 70 trays per minute according to the size of trays.
